VECTOR FOOTAGE USAGE AGREEMENT This Agreement governs the terms by which users of the "Coke Art" Blog ("Blog") obtain the right to download and use the Coca-Cola Art Vector Footage ("Footage"). "Coca-Cola" (r), "Coke" (r), the "Dynamic Ribbon Device" (r) and the design of the "Coca-Cola Contour Bottle" (r) are registered trademarks of The Coca-Cola Company. The vintage footage is inspired by original Coca-Cola artworks (1900-1940). (c) The Coca-Cola Company, 2008 - All rights reserved. You are allowed to use the Footage only as provided for personal use on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis. You may not use, distribute or sublicense the Footage or the rights to use the Footage to anyone for any commercial purpose, resale or license purposes. The Blog does not warrant that the Footage will meet your requirements or that its use will be error free. The Blog assumes no responsibility for any actions or liabilities arising by The Coca-Cola Company from the use of the Footage. Under no circumstances shall the Blog be liable to you or any third-party for any indirect, consequential or incidental damages. In those countries or states that do not allow the limitation of liability, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. In no event shall the Blog be liable for any incidental, indirect, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages whatsoever in connection with any claim, loss, damage, action, suit or other proceeding arising under or out of this Agreement, including without limitation your use of, reliance upon, access to, or exploitation of the Footage or any part thereof. This Agreement can be revised at any time, and such revision shall be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Agreement at the Site. You agree to review the Agreement periodically to become aware of such revisions. This Agreement is effective until it is terminated by either party at any time. You can terminate this Agreement by destroying the Footage along with any copies or archives of it or accompanying materials or derivative works.
